Do Testosterone Tablets Cause Elevated PSA Levels?
Last year my psa was normal. This year the level spiked up 10. / have being taking over the counter testosterone tablets tablets daily. I have an appointment next week but I was curious if these pills could elevated my spa. All other key tests from the physical were normal.

Taking testosterone can cause a growth effect on prostrate gland leading to elevated SPA.
Since you have a significant increase in PDA level, please be advised to follow up with a urologist to undergo prostrate examination (to rule Benign prostrate hypertrophy/ prostrate malignancy).
