Do The Injection Be Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 4 weeks pregnant & my Doc has adviced to take Corion 5000 injection for 12 weeks but i read that this injection should not be taken during Pregancy as it may cause abnormalities in the baby. Please advice if this injection is safe during preganacy ?
