Do These Drugs Cause A False Positive Result In A Drug Test?

Hello I am currently Active Duty in the Military and am taking a preworkout called 5150 by Rich piana. There are 4 ingredients that I am worried that might cause a false positive on a drug test are Higenamine HCl - 50mg Hordenine HCl - 50mg Halostachine HCl - 50mg and Synephrine HCl - 30mg
