Rosuvastatin 20mg
Clopidogrel 75mg

Please advise is there any side effects on taking the above medicines.

Dear Sham,
Every medication has side effects.
From your hystory it is assumed you really has to take the medication lifelong. Here harm/benefit ratio much more favours to benefit. So you should take them and monitor for side effects.
Main dangerous side effects of aspirin and clopidogrel is gastrointestinal bleeding, so you should be attentive, if you have minor bleeding refer to your doctor to prevent further complications.
For rosuvastatin you should monitor your liver enzymes. At the beginning you can monitor it once a month, if everything is normal, you can monitor once 6 months.

Take care
