Do Thyroid Problems Cause A Low BP With A High Pulse Rate?

Hello,

My wife is of 29 Years old , from Last 2-3 Days She has a low BP & high Pulse rate . I give you an example of today : BP resulted : 95/57 & Pulse rate :115 . We have a baby of 10 months old & take mother's milk. We visited doctors but from last 2-3 days no improvement. She has diagnosed with problem of Thyroid during Pregnancy but after delivery Thyroid was under control
. we checked again 4 months back then also it was under control . Some said it is because of Thyroid. We have now given sample for Thyroid check.
Please advise

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

She has hypotension. Low blood pressure leads to increased the heart rate. If you thyroid hormones level are under control then it is OK. It is not due to thyroid issue. She need to take plenty of fluid with salt. Saline water will improve the blood pressure.
