Do Tingling Of Hands With Eye Flashes Warrant Immediate Medical Attention?

I have had tingling in both hands and today my vision was not right. I saw what looked the the POW sign, you know the sign cartoon chartrectors have above there head. Well anyway it was muli colors aof flashing lights, blue, green and yellow and it lasted for over an hour. My feet are also tingling. I have had a TIA in the past

Thank you for your query.
Yes, please go to the Er right away. You could have a stroke especially with a history of TIA.

I recommend :
-a physician consult. A neurologist opinion,
-mri of the brain with its blood vessels to check for blockage.
-blood tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests, clotting profile, blood glucose levels, lipid profile).
- adjustment of medications (as you already had TIA , am assuming that you must already be on blood thinners, lipid lowering agents and blood pressure meds).
-and thorough eye check.

Based on the results we can find out what's going on and treat appropriately.
