Could eating habits such as NOT eating for 5 to 6 hours AFTER getting up for the day effect blood pressure. For instance rising @ 12:30 and not eating until 5:30 or 6. Mine seems to be running higher than the normal 140/90 (I read that info on here from Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani). it's been between 168/104 and 157/98 today and I didn't eat until like 5:30. I've also exercised today and walked about a mile and have if that info helps.I'm currently on no medication.
