Do Unsynchronized Facial Reactions And Movements Indicate A Stroke?

My right eye closes faster than my left eye and when I spit,it comes out more on one side of my mouth.Also,I have noticed that my right pupil is more dialated than my left.Have been having symptoms for about week.Is this cause for concern,like a stroke?
