Fibroids are part of the
uterus. these do not affect your partner during intercourse.
During intercourse the penis comes in contact with the vagina and sometimes the
cervix. If there is any infection present in the vagina, it is possible for your partner to be affected as well (unlikely , as protection was used)
If there is improper lubrication, this can cause friction which may cause redness/
rash on the head of penis.
Foreplay to increase lubrication for you and your partner, water based lubricants, may help to over come this.
the quality & type of condom could also have elicited this.
He should wash the area & keep it clean &dry. Avoid intercourse till this heals as it can worsen the lesion . (even
masturbation should be avoided.)
This should heal in a few days. If no improvement in a week, he should see a
urologist.
