Do Uterine Fibroids During Pregnancy Cause Internal Bleeding?

I have 3 uterus fibroid, they found it in my first ultrasound when I was 7 weeks, I had couple more ultrasounds since then but nobody can tell me the situation of those fibroids, after 3 uktrasounds. Seems nobody care about it and I m worry that after giving birth I start having an internal bleeding because the fibroids. I am 28 weeks now.
