Do Vaginal Bleeding, Breast Soreness And Tiredness Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello...I just finished my period four days ago and I just went to the bathroom abd I am bleeding again my breast have been sore and I have been extremely tired and falling asleep at the drop of a dime do you think I could ve pregnant or is this part of the ovulation cycle?

I really appreciate your concern, no these may not be the symptoms of pregnancy neither you can rely upon this but in case of history of coitus at the time of ovulation and it is history of amenorrhea then it need to be tested for pregnancy test, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
