Do Vaginal Spotting, Tender Breasts, Vomiting And Mood Swings Indicate Pregnancy?

Yes my gf has all the sypmtoms of being pregnant but she keeps saying its a virus she has spooting and its rill dark stomach cramping mood swings sick at her stomach and throwing up and her breast are so tinder you can not tutch them I was wondering if there is a good possability that it is that she is pregnant and not a virus
