Hi I am 25 female, 57 kgs, and normal height. I would like to get clarification about delayed periods... I usually have regular periods 28-30 days interval. I am taking Vitamin D3 5000iu tablets due to deficiency for past one month ... This month my period s getting delay and now its 34 days interval but still dint get my periods... Is Vitamin D3 tablets have any side effects of delaying periods? Hope to get reply.....
