Do Vitamin And Mineral Supplements Help To Reduce Fibrillation At Nights?
I am a 58-year-old male with a fib. I have had it for several years and I am under medication. My episodes of a fib usually happen at night while I sleep. Sometimes they last for an hour or more. Are there any vitamins and minerals that can be taken to reduce the frequencies of the episode?
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can. There is no known effect that it may reduce fibrilation and no scientific evidence for it but in every case it is good to take vitamins because of other health benefits. I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health. DR. Ivan Rommstein
