Do Vomiting In Night And Dizziness Suggest Brain Tumor?

My daughter who is 7 in September was sick two nights ago, I took her to see my GP the following day as she had what looked like blood spots under her skin on both cheeks, my GP assured me this was nothing to worry about and that it was because she had been violently sick that this had happened. She didn t seem unwell in herself and continued to eat and drink as normal and today she had been fine also but after putting her to bed the same thing happened, after being asleep for about an hour she woke up being sick, it smells really foul like rotten eggs but again she hasn t complained of feeling unwell. She did mention feeling fuzzy a couple of days ago. Should I be worried? My sister who passed away when she was 19 had a brain tumour and her symptoms started off with random sickness and dizziness. I hope I m just being dramatic and this is just a bug. A worried mum

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of red spots under the skin are not suggestive of brain tumor.
Red spots under skin can occur in cases of platelet disorder and less commonly coagulation disorders.
The cause for smelling like rotten eggs needs to be investigated.
The smell could be from the lesions on the face, however detailed description is required to know the nature of the lesions.
Thus, post the detailed description of the lesion along with a photograph for better assessment.
However, none of the symptoms are that of brain tumor so relax.

Thanks and take care
