Do Workouts Worsen Heart Flutter And Breathlessness?

I will be seeing my primary doctor this Tuesday. A couple of weeks ago, I had an EKG heart test and a couple of days after that, I had a blood test. I should get the results of these tests on Tueaday. Every once in a while my heart flutters and also every once in a while I get breathless. However, I to for silver sneakers exercises and I don t have a problem while I m doing them. I will go to the gym tomorrow YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Atrial flutter may lead to decreased circulation to the brain that leads to giddiness and loss of consciousness. Yes, it may aggravate after exertion.

You have to do exercises under observation of an expert coach. Mild to moderate exercises, he can teach you and observe you.

Please get treated for atrial flutter as early as possible. Better to avoid high-risk activities.

I think I have answered your question. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
