Do You Suggest To Continue Azithromycin 500 Despite Having Headaches?
Sir, I had pain in my throat for three days. On the third day, I was also feeling a slight blockage in my nose. So I went to the local chemist and he gave me 3 Azithromycin 500 tablets. After taking one tablet yesterday, I got severe headache. Should I discontinue? I ve heard we should complete the course of antibiotics and not leave in between.

It is not advisable to take antibiotics for simple cough and cold. Stop antibiotic and start steam inhalation and gargles. You will be alright in a couple of days.
