Doctor I Am A Long Term CAD Patient That Has

Doctor I am a long term CAD patient that has multiple interventions including By-pass and multiple stents. My last heart procedure was a stent less than eight months ago since which I felt symptom free for 3 or 4 months then a gradual return of my re-occuring problem with angina, shortness of breath, light headed-ness and most recently some episodes of waking up in a sweat with chest pain dizziness etc. My meds include Bisoprolol 5 mg., plavix 75 mg, and lipitor 40 mg. I have a long family history of coronary death at young age ( 50 yrs.) I have recently journied to visit my cardiologist and he has schedule an angiogram in a couple of weeks. I have 2 concerns: My symptoms returning in less than 3 months and is their a heart intervention like the Bill Clinton procedure of several years ago that could give me a longer reprieve.
