Doctor, My name is Pramila Ganeshan, aged 47 years, taken a sabbatical from a highly placed managerial post. For the last 3 years I am not getting proper sleep and of late I am lying awake in bed for more than a hour and when I get sleep it is dreams which I feel is happening as if I am wide awake and this goes on till morning. I wake up with some dreams.
