Doctors thought I had crohns as I had a large bowel bleed and diarhea, my b12, iron and vit d were low and my calprotectin was 820. I had a colonoscopy and gastrophy that came back clear for crohns. Since he has had me on a low fodmap diet and meal replacement drinks, symptoms were a little better but not much. for the last couple of weeks I have been really constipated and now have a temperature of 38 celcius but I dont feel sick. I have an uncomfortable stomach and cramping that comes and goes. Just wondering if I should be concerned about the temperature
