Does AKT 4 Cause Joint Pain?

tablets for the past 1 month(AKT4). Now he is suffering from joint pains. Whole body parts neck, tighs, ankels,knees and all are paining. Somebody says its common side effects of AKT4. Please advice. Is it really a common side effects of tat tablet or is there anything that we need to worry about??  thanks.

Hi and welcome to ASK A Doctor service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
joint pains ar ent very common woth these drugs , howe've one side effect of pyrazinamide ( which is there in the JkT4 ) is that it can cause high uric acid causing joint pain in which case we need to stop pyrazinamide .So I would like you should chek his uric acid level , and his LFTS .
