Does Acnelak Soap Improves The Complexion Of Face?

Hi, I am priya 26yrs old. I don t have pimples on my face but my skin tone is oily and little dark colour. One of my friend suggested to use acnelak soap. My doubt is this soap will improve colour tone huh.pls give ur suggestions its really helpful so that I can improve my personality.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pimples then this can be best treated with "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for ten days and clindamycin local application apply this on face twice in day, take care for hygiene, no need to use any soap, natural skin color can not be change with any medicine but if this is because of the pimples then this would be fine with the medicine advised, take care.
