Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face and pigmentation around lips which seems to be due to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. I would suggest you to make use of kojivit plus cream as it will lighten your skin and use product containing benzoyl peroxide. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid. You can go for laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
