Does Adderall XR Cause Severe Constipation?
My 8 year old grandson daughter just started on adderall XR 3 weeks ago. She has always had hard very small round d stools, but now is bleeding . Red blood when she wipes and it drips somewhat in toliet after. Is this adderall causing this. Or possibly something else

bleeding can occur due to constipation and straining while defecating.
you can try stool softener /laxative for time being as it may help your granddaughter.
