General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Adderall is not known to cause bladder control problems but it is contraindicated in preexisting kidney disease. If you have any kidney problem, please consult your treating doctor. Adderall is also habit forming and can lead to behavioral changes. Hallucinations and illusions are also seen in long intake so it can be just an illusion. You need to check your kidney and bladder health with a urologist's help and take needful treatment. In senior men, bladder problem can be seen due to prostate enlargement.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
