Does Adderall Cause Pressure In The Head?

I currently take adderal and trintellix meds everyday. Lately I woke up with a lot of pressure in the top of my head and in the back of my neck and side of my neck even numbness in left side of neck its when I dose off I wake with sharp head pain. Hospital only gave a ct scan which they say come tomorrow but it showed nothing but emergency how exactly do I get a referral to see a nuerologist
