Does Alosetron Hydrochloride Cause Haemorrhoids?

I am currently taking ALosetron Hydrochloride for IBS-D, this medication is tearing my rectum and hemmoroids up. I feel like I am pooping jalapeño juice, I have had to leave work the last two days, because of severe anal discomfort. Should I quit taking this medication?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is IBS and you are taking medicine (Alosetron) so it may not cause the diarrhea any symptoms that resembles the diarrhea and if you have something like that then it may not be due to medicine you are taking and no need to stop the medicine, in IBS symptoms of diarrhea and constipation are likely and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
