Does Alprax And Nexito In Combination Cause Any Side Effects?

i am 48 year old,diabetic since 2 years.blood pressure from 16 years.now i am taking telma 80 h.glycipage sr 500 in the morning ,nexito 10 mg and asomex 2.5mg at night. i take alprax .25mg when i feel anxiety. does any side effect in taking alprax and nexito .
