I have taking alprazolam in last five years .now I want stop that medicine .so what I will do Dr, for anxiety I am taking that medicine Dr, and I have one more dout also Dr, that is alprazolam giving any side effects like kidney failure Dr. now many time I am stoping alprazolam medicine Dr, but I cont sleep that night unwanted thinking coming Dr what I will do Dr.

I really appreciate your concern, if you want to stop this drug then you can do it and for that you have to tapered the dose of medicine, but ideally it is most advisable to see the consultant first for right advise hope this information helps.
