Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Amlodipine will reduce the blood pressure further but it would not be possible to know the extent of the decrease. The lower limit of blood pressure is 90/60, blood pressures lower than this would be considered low. There are some people who have blood pressures in the range of 90/60, who do not have any symptoms whereas others may feel weak or dizzy.
People respond differently.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions. Regards, Dr. Michelle Gibson James
