Does Apple Cider Vinegar Help In Alleviating Migraine Headaches?
I have been having migraine headaches for 20 yrs and typically they will resolve after 1-2 Excedrine for migraine. Over the past year they have been more frequent perhaps 20 days /month. I may have a headache a headache pain 8/10 3x mo the rest are 3-4/10. Usually 1 take 1-2 Excederine and rarely 4 will this be enough to result in rebound headaches. and what do you think of Apple cider vinegar. By the way have been to 3 neurologist in 6 yrs no relief. Thanks
There is no scientific evidence that apple cider vinegar can treat migraine. It may aid in blood sugar regulation. This reduces the occurrence of headache but regular consumption may result in bone loss.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
