General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I appreciate your concern towards the hair fall while on medication for high BP.

The persistant hair fall is not due to the use of Avapro. It can cause tiredness but not hair fall.

Kindly visit your doctor for proper assessment and possible thyroid function tests to rule out hypothyroidism because hairfall and tiredness may be the presenting problem.

Wish you best of your health.
Awaiting your feedback.
