Does Benicar Aggravate Lower Back And Muscle Pain?

I take Benicar and recently forgot to take it for a couple of days. I have been experiencing terrible lower back pain and muscle aches for several months. I noticed that the pain was much less when I wasn t taking the Benicar....is there a reason for that?
