Can using Betnovate plain cream on face improve skin complexion? Hello dr, My friend she is suggest me betnovate plain use for skin. She told me if u r using this cream u r skin glow n fair . Apply over night on your face. At morning wash the face and she also told that use it daily. dear Dr should this caused any side effects on face .Please advise me.

Common side effects of Hydrocortisone Creams as betnovate include skin redness/burning/itching/peeling, thinning of your skin, blistering skin, stretch marks, nausea, heartburn, headache, dizziness, menstrual period changes, trouble sleeping (insomnia), increased sweating, or acne.it is used in Reducing itching, redness, and swelling associated with many skin conditions .my advise is not to use it for cosmetic purposes.
