Yours is a typical case of
adrenal insufficiency caused because of long term Celestamine use and sudden withdrawal. The following are the symptoms of acute adrenal insufficiency:

Dehydration,
dizziness, fainting, fatigue, light-headedness, loss of appetite, low blood pressure,
low blood sugar,
water-electrolyte imbalance, or sweating
2) Gastrointestinal: nausea or vomiting
3) Pain abdomen and legs
Treatment of Celestamine induced secondary adrenal insufficiency:
1) Administration of corticosteroids
2) Monitoring of hemodynamic parameters like blood pressure and systemic vascular resistance and blood glucose
