General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Cetirizine does not cause decreased hemoglobin levels.
There are several causes for falling Hemoglobin levels including iron, vitamin B12, folic acid levels, hemolysis, liver disease, bleeding etc.
Complete blood count and peripheral smear should be done as an initial step. Depending on the results, further investigations will also be necessary.

Hope this answers your question
