Does Cipla Nicip Cause Stomach Pain Like Side Effects ?
I have fever from last week due to bath with cold water and after that doctor has advise me to take medicine as Cipla Nicip and another capsule is cipmox. after get these medicine i got pain in my stomach. Is these medicine responcible for this pain or what ?..... Pls guide

Surly tablet nicip which contains nimesulide which along with antibiotic cipmox may cause acidity & there by stomach pain.
So you must consume tablets after food & along with them you should also have antacid medication such as omeprazole 20 mg two times a day before food.
One more suggestion to you is, it is not advisable to have tablet nicip as it may cause serious allergic reaction (in few cases which may be life threatening), so better you can go for ibuprofen with paracetamol combination rather than nicip.
