Hi,
Usually if the
pregnancy test of urine is negative, then you are not likely to be pregnant. However, in rare cases, at least theoretically it may be false negative, as it only measures the presence of
HCG concentration in urine. Also, sometimes the test may be false negative, if it is performed too early. To be sure, this test should be performed at least after your expected date of periods.
For example, if your menstrual cycle is of 28 days, then you should perform the test at least on 29th day of your last menses. Also, it is always desired for the test to be performed with morning urine sample in stead of samples during other times of day. Other than morning samples, may be diluted due to intake of fluids, therefore decreasing the concentration of HCG in urine and hence, a false negative result. Though very rare, still
cipro can cause enlargement and soreness of breasts in a few cases. This can be present both in males as well as in females.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
