Does Ciprofloxacin Cause Lesions And Blisters On Feet And Legs?

Can ciprofloxacin cause a reaction of the following? Skin : 2 mm red, unblanchable lesions over feet and legs that are palpable and tender; 5mm hemorrhagic blisters over feet and legs, most numerous around feet and ankles, ending at mid thigh. Including swollen and burning legs. Is this TEN?

Ya it could be hypersensitivity reaction.
It is better to switch over to other group of antibiotic which is equally effective.
