Hi dear,
Thanks for choosing HCM.
One of the common side effects of
Clomid is Hot flashes, hot flashes could be more prominent on the face, neck and head area. So yes your symptoms could be due to Clomid.
Anxiety disorder and
panic attack could cause the same symptoms too, also you should know that anxiety is again another side effect of Clomid, thus your previous anxiety could have been increased by the medicine.
There might be underlying diseases causing your symptom such as problem with
thyroid, however as long all
blood test results showed normal (I'm considering these blood tests included thyroid hormone tests) and that you have no any prominent neurological disorder or symptoms then you should be just having a side effect from Clomid.
Overall please go to Doctor if the symptoms increase to an unbearable level such as you develop speech problems or other neurological conditions, for example if you will feel
tingling in hands and feet (don’t worry I doubt that will happen but I have to remind you to be on the safe side).
In the mean time you shouldn't be worried, reduce your anxiety by spending good time with your partner and family members, have a good rest. Also have the positive future dreams where you will be playing "peakaboo" with your future baby..
Hope the drug works well for you.
If you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask
Wishing you all the best.
