Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Clonazepam is one of the anti-anxiety medications, which has no any interaction with commonly prescribed antihypertensive (BP) medications.

It's the most common adverse effect is somnolescence which can occur up to 37% of the patients, the others being dizziness, fatigue, abnormal coordination, confusion and very rarely impotence and decreased libido.

However, each drug should always be prescribed in the context of its benefits vs its adverse effects, with the consultation of a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
