Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle.
Creatine supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, sprinters, and others who wish to gain muscle mass. The use of creatine is safe, however, people with
kidney and
liver disorders are advised to avoid in large quantities since it may aggravate their underlying health problems.
A
cyst Cysts are closed capsule or sac-like structures, typically filled with liquid, semisolid or gaseous material.Cysts occur within tissue, and can affect any part of the body.Cyst formation may not be linked to creatine intake.Possible causes may include:
-Tumors
-Genetic conditions
-Infections
-A defect in the cells
-Chronic inflammatory conditions
-Blockages of ducts in the body which cause a fluid build-up
-A parasite
-
Impact injury that breaks a vessel.
If it not disturbing and not too big, you may just observe it but if posing any problem, you may see the Doctor for removal. You may continue with your creatine but you need to however take it moderately.
Hope this will help
Best regards
