Does Crohn S Disease Cause Swelling In Neck Glands While Throwing Up?
I have crohns diseases, and the last week every time I throw up my glands in my neck swell. It looks like I ve swallowed a baseball. No pain, and the swelling goes down after an hour or so. Any idea what s wrong? I can t get in to see my Doctor until August. Thank you.

The swelling in the neck glands can be related to an infection. I suggest to use an anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day to relieve the swelling. If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do a physical examination of the tonsils and dentures.
