Does Dexorange Cause Excessive Thirst And Drowsiness?

Hello Docctor, i have strated taking cap dexorange & doctor prescribed for one tablet twice a day. i have started taking after food . after taking the cap dexorange i feel little drowzy and thirsty..is it ok? when should i stop the cap dexorange? what are the symproms of overdoes?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dexorange contain iron and necessary vitamins, used for low blood (Hb). It can have, and do have commonly some side effects especially bad taste and maldigestion however these are not serious. What you said can also occur with it but does not mean any serious side effect. You can take it after food. Generally in otherwise normal person it does not cause any problem if taken twice or thrice a day. However if you are allergic to the drug, or if you cannot tolerate the drug you can stop taking the drug. Most of the times it does not cause any serious problem until taken in very high doses.
