Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had miscarriage in may 2016 from that month I had 51 day menstrual cycle. My last period was 16/10/2016 but no period up to 6/12/2016. My doctor kept me on deviry 10 mg for 5 days(1tab/day).If I am pregnant does it will affect my pregnancy. I am not taking any other medicines.
Deviry contain progesterone hormone. It is generally used to induce the period in hormonal imbalance. Pregnancy should be ruled out by urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG before using deviry.
But do not worry as deviry will not affect the pregnancy. Instead it supports the pregnancy and promote the growth of baby. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sagar
