I am 43 years and have irregular periods.I was taking duphastan tablets for 10 days for three months from the 18th day of my periods but after having it for 3 months I stopped taking it.Can I start it again as I am not having periods since last 15 days up from the date scheduled for periods.Does it has any side effec.t

Duphaston is progesterone hormon and not a medicine , it is as natural as your own body produce it
But you should take this hormon pill only under supervision of a gynecologist
And ther is no permanent or serious side effects of it
And most of the side effects are related to elevated levels or progesterone hormon in your body which are temporary and harmless
