I was having irregular periods and then diagnosed with PCOS, two years back and on metformin since then. I want to conceive but failed. It is my second cycle of clomiphene 100 and lynoral 0.05. My LMP was 10/01/15, got trigger shot and ovulate and had done IUI on 25/01/15. I was prescribed duphaston 10 mg BD for two weeks. I got mild spotting on 3/02/15 for 3-4 days. I tried urine pregnancy test on 12/02/15 but gor negative. Doctor suggested for retesting after 7 days along with single dose of duphaston. I got negative again on 19/02/15. Doctor asked to visit on 28/02/15 with HPT kit and urine sample. Is there any still any chance of pregnancy? Got mild spotting (implantation bleeding signs), is it because of pregnancy or duphaston? Is duphaston delaying my periods? Kindly suggest
