Does Duphaston Help In Conceiving?

Hi i start using ova shield last month of date 8-7-2017 i.e was my second day of period and on 24-7-2017 ie was my18th day doctor suggest me duphaston 10mg tablet for next 10 days today 7-8-2017 after 31 days I got my period.Now I want to know will this medicine help me to conceive for next month or I need to consult Dr again or I wait for this month.

Hi I think you can try with ovashield and duphaston for 3 months. Ovashield is given to increase the size of follicles. I think you can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, you can take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for next 2 days..Take progesterone for next 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Duphaston is a progesterone which supports implantation. Do a urine pregnancy test after that.
