Does Duramine 30mg Increase Blood Pressure?

Good day Dr,past 2 years im taking high blood pressure medicine(5mg) and recently past 5 days started taking duromine 30mg,since this medicine can cause fast bit of heart,so is there any possible to increase the blood pressure even Im taking blood pressure medicine everyday?..regards Kalai Selvan
