Does E.coli Infection Cause Dizziness And Fatigue?

I went to emergency about two weeks ago and was told I had e-coli it took me a while to get the medicine but ive been taking it for two days now and don t feel any better. I am sleeping a lot and am lightheaded often. I also feel queasy a lot of the time. should I go to emergency?

Drink a lot of fluids and salts meanwhile, look like you are in exhaustive state. Guessing the delay in taking the antibiotic medications for the E coli might have given the bacteria to proceed to the next stage. Yes, if getting worse or no improvement - you will need to quickly revert to the ER.
